The Grading System

Scores are bucketed into actionable grades:

• 9-10 (A): Highly mature. Hard to disrupt.
• 7-8 (B): Solid presence, minor gaps.
• 5-6 (C): Average. Vulnerable to better local SEO.
• 3-4 (D): Weak. Missing core lead-gen tools.
• 0-2 (F): Critical. Offline or entirely broken web presence. Highest Opportunity.
